How Guestly handles information.

This page describes the product’s intended behavior and needs legal and operator review before public launch.

Information you provide

Account email and password are handled by our authentication provider. Creator applications include the profile and social details you submit. Brand accounts include company and contact details. Event hosts provide event information and an exact venue location. Waitlist, pilot, support, invitation and content-link forms store their respective submissions.

Who can see it

Approved creators can see eligible published events and approximate areas. An exact venue is limited to the owning brand, authorized administrators, and creators permitted by the event’s location setting or a current approved invitation. Brands see applicants for their own events, including the submitted creator profile revision. Private admin notes and support queues are restricted to administrators.

Email and choices

Security and verification email is separate from marketplace email. Account settings control applicable marketplace email. The creator waitlist has separate consent, preferences and unsubscribe controls.

Maps and location

If you allow browser location on the event map, Guestly uses it to center your map and does not store your device coordinates in your account. Map tiles load from OpenFreeMap using OpenStreetMap data; the tile service receives requests for the areas shown and may receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address. You can deny location and still browse the map.

Retention and requests

Accounts can submit a tracked deletion request from Settings. Event decisions, consent records and audit history may require careful handling rather than instant erasure. The operator must supply the final retention schedule, contact details and applicable legal disclosures before launch.
