These terms are a product draft and require operator and legal review before a public launch. They do not identify a legal entity or promise unsupported services.

Accounts and events

Creators submit an application for platform access. Approval does not guarantee an invitation to any event. Brand hosts control their events and decide individual requests. A request does not reserve a place; a brand approval does. Event details, perks and expectations are set by the host and should be accurate.

Content and conduct

Creators keep responsibility for what they post and the rights they hold. A submitted content link is not a transfer of content rights or a verified performance report. Users should provide truthful information and respect the community guidelines.

Changes and cancellations

Events may change or be cancelled. Guestly records relevant state changes and notifies affected accounts in the app. A downloaded calendar file is a snapshot, not a live subscription.

Before launch

The operator must provide entity details, jurisdiction, support contact, applicable liability terms, retention disclosures, and a final review of the event and content terms.
